These Terms of Use explain the basic rules regarding the use of the POPI BALON mobile game offered by Eraa Games. By using the game, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Game

• POPI BALON is a mobile game provided for entertainment purposes. The game is permitted for personal and non-commercial use.

2. Children and Parents

• POPI BALON offers a gaming experience designed for children. In-app purchase transactions are intended to be made under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Premium Purchases

• POPI BALON may offer a one-time in-app purchase for Premium content.

• Upon completing a Premium purchase, the user gains access to the chapters/levels included in the purchase. Purchase transactions are handled through Google Play, and payment, refund, and transaction rules are subject to the terms of the respective app store.

• Previously purchased Premium content can be re-enabled through the supported restore system when using the same store account.

4. Changes to Game Content

• Eraa Games may add new levels, features, graphics, sounds, or game mechanics to the game, and may modify existing content.

• These changes may be made for game development, bug fixes, security, or to improve the user experience.

5. Intellectual Property

• The POPI BALON name, game design, original characters, artwork, and other content created by Eraa Games are protected under applicable intellectual property rights.

• Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of the content in the game is prohibited.

6. Technical Availability

• It is not guaranteed that the game will run uninterrupted on all devices or all operating system versions. Updates, device differences, or third-party services may occasionally affect the availability of the game.

• Information on how personal data is handled is explained in the separately published Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Terms

• These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary. The current version will be published on the Eraa Games website.
