2. Hangi verileri topluyoruz?
POPI BALON'u oynamak için hesap açmanız veya ad, soyad, telefon numarası, fotoğraf ya da kesin konumunuzu girmeniz istenmez. ERAA Games'e ait bir oyuncu profili sunucusu bulunmaz; oyun hamlelerini, ilerlemeyi ve skorları böyle bir sunucuda saklamayız.
Önemli: Bu, uygulamanın hiçbir teknik veri göndermediği anlamına gelmez. POPI BALON 1.1.15'in GDevelop oyun altyapısında, aşağıda açıklanan oturum analitiği bulunmaktadır. Kullanılan üçüncü taraf hizmetler teknik verileri işleyebilir.
3. Cihazdaki oyun verileri
Oyun tercihleri, ilerleme veya skorlar cihazınızda ya da tarayıcınızın geçici belleğinde saklanabilir. Bunlar ERAA Games hesabına bağlı değildir ve tarafımıza gönderilmez. Tarayıcıdaki Popi ile XOX oyunu hamleleri ve skorları mevcut oyun oturumunda bellekte tutar.
Web sitesinin Türkçe/İngilizce dil tercihi, sayfalar arasında seçim korunabilsin diye tarayıcının sessionStorage alanında saklanır. Tarayıcı oturumu kapatılınca bu bilgi silinebilir.
4. Teknik kayıtlar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Web sitesi: Barındırma ve ağ sağlayıcıları (örneğin Netlify), siteyi sunmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, istek zamanı ve ziyaret edilen sayfa gibi erişim kayıtlarını işleyebilir. Mevcut ERAA Games web sitesi kodunda ayrıca reklam veya web analitiği izleme etiketi bulunmaz.
POPI BALON — GDevelop oyun oturum analitiği: 1.1.15 sürümündeki oyun altyapısı, GDevelop'un api.gdevelop-app.com/analytics hizmetine teknik oyun ve oturum ölçümleri iletebilecek şekilde yapılandırılmıştır. Bunlar uygulamanın oluşturduğu ve cihazda saklayabildiği takma adlı oyuncu kimliği, oyun/proje kimliği, oyun adı ve sürümü, paket adı, oturum kimliği ve süresi, platform ve dokunmatik ekran bilgileri gibi verileri içerebilir. Ağ bağlantısı sırasında IP adresi gibi bağlantı verileri de hizmet sağlayıcının sistemleri tarafından işlenebilir. Bu ölçümler, oyun kullanımını toplu olarak anlamak için kullanılan GDevelop analitik altyapısı ile ilgilidir; oyuncudan ad veya e-posta girmesi istenmez. Google Play ve satın almalar: Uygulama, Google Play Billing altyapısını içerir. Ücretli özellik satın alınırsa Google Play ve ilgili ödeme hizmetleri, işlemi tamamlamak, doğrulamak ve desteklemek için işlem bilgilerini kendi koşullarına uygun olarak işleyebilir. ERAA Games web sitesi ödeme kartı bilgisi istemez. Google Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir.
Reklam: İncelenen 1.1.15 paketinin Android manifestinde reklam kimliği izni (AD_ID) tespit edilmemiştir. Bu durum, yukarıda açıklanan teknik oturum analitiğini ortadan kaldırmaz.
5. İletişim e-postaları
Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız, talebinizi yanıtlayabilmemiz için işlenir. Bu bilgileri reklam amaçlı kullanmayız veya satmayız. Yazışmalar, destek ihtiyacı ve geçerli yükümlülükler için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanabilir; silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.
6. Çocukların gizliliği
ERAA Games çocuklara uygun içerik üretmeyi amaçlar. Çocuklardan kişisel bilgi girmelerini, bir hesap açmalarını veya mesaj göndermelerini istemeyiz. Ebeveynlerin uygulama mağazası izinlerini ve satın alma ayarlarını kontrol etmelerini öneririz.
7. Veri saklama, güvenlik ve silme
Tarafımızca oluşturulan bir kullanıcı hesabı veya kişisel oyun verisi veritabanı bulunmadığından, ERAA Games sunucusunda silinecek bir oyuncu profili tutmuyoruz. Cihazdaki oyun verileri uygulamanın veya tarayıcı verilerinin silinmesiyle kaldırılabilir. Üçüncü taraf platformların kayıt ve saklama sürelerini ilgili hizmetler belirler.
Web sitesi üzerinden sunulan bağlantılarda HTTPS gibi standart güvenlik tedbirleri kullanılması hedeflenir; ancak hiçbir internet hizmetinde mutlak güvenlik garanti edilemez.
8. Haklarınız ve talepleriniz
İşlenen bir kişisel veriniz olduğunu düşünüyorsanız, bilgi edinme, düzeltme veya silme talepleri için eraagameshelp@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Başvurunuzu ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde değerlendiririz. Google Play veya başka bir hizmet sağlayıcının kendi kayıtlarıyla ilgili talepler için ilgili sağlayıcıya da başvurmanız gerekebilir.
9. Harici bağlantılar ve güncellemeler
Web sitemiz Instagram ve uygulama mağazası gibi dış platformlara bağlantılar içerebilir. Bu hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Yeni özellikler, SDK'lar veya veri işleme yöntemleri kullanıldığında bu politika güncellenebilir.

1. Who we are
This policy applies to the ERAA Games website, the XOX with Popi browser game, and the POPI BALON mobile game. For privacy questions or support, contact eraagameshelp@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
POPI BALON does not require a player account or ask you to enter your name, telephone number, photo, or precise location to play. ERAA Games does not operate a hosted player-profile database and does not store individual gameplay moves, progress, or scores on such a server.
Important: This does not mean the app sends no technical data. POPI BALON version 1.1.15 includes session analytics in the GDevelop game runtime, as explained below. Third-party services may process technical data.
3. Gameplay data on your device
Game preferences, progress, or scores may be stored locally on your device or in temporary browser memory. They are not linked to an ERAA Games account or transmitted to us. The XOX with Popi browser game keeps moves and scores in memory during the current game session.
The site's Turkish/English language preference is saved in your browser's sessionStorage so your choice can be maintained between pages. This information may be removed when the browser session ends.
4. Technical logs and third-party services
Website: Hosting and network providers (such as Netlify) may process access logs including IP addresses, browser types, request times, and pages visited to deliver and secure the website. The current ERAA Games website does not contain an additional advertising tracker or web-analytics tag.
POPI BALON — GDevelop game session analytics: The game runtime in version 1.1.15 is configured in a way that may transmit technical game and session metrics to GDevelop's api.gdevelop-app.com/analytics service. Such data can include an app-generated pseudonymous player ID that may be stored on the device, a game/project ID, game name and version, package name, session ID and duration, and platform or touch-capability information. Connection data such as IP addresses may also be processed by the provider during network requests. These measurements relate to GDevelop's game-usage analytics; players are not asked to provide names or email addresses. See the GDevelop Privacy Policy and Game Analytics documentation.
Google Play and purchases: The app includes Google Play Billing. If a paid feature is purchased, Google Play and associated payment services may process transaction data to complete, verify and support that purchase under their terms. The ERAA Games website does not request payment card information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising: The Android manifest in the reviewed version 1.1.15 does not declare the advertising identifier permission (AD_ID). This does not eliminate the technical session analytics described above.
5. Support emails
If you email us, we process your email address and message to respond to your request. We do not use this information for advertising or sell it. Correspondence may be kept as necessary to provide support and meet applicable obligations; you may request its deletion.
6. Children’s privacy
ERAA Games aims to provide child-friendly content. We do not ask children to provide personal details, create accounts, or send messages. We encourage parents to review app store permissions and purchase settings.
7. Retention, security, and deletion
We do not maintain player accounts or a personal gameplay database on ERAA Games servers, so we do not hold a hosted player profile to delete. Local game data may be removed by clearing browser data or uninstalling the application. Third-party services determine how long their own records are retained.
We aim to use standard safeguards, including HTTPS for website connections, although no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and requests
If you believe we process personal information about you, contact eraagameshelp@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review requests under applicable law. You may need to contact Google Play or other providers directly for records they hold.
9. External links and updates
Our website may link to external services such as Instagram and app stores. Their privacy policies apply. We may update this policy if features, SDKs, or data-processing practices change.
